A Summary
Logline: Jennifer Sullivan is hopelessly adrift in space. She's alone and scared that the ghostly dog she's been hallucinating is starting to make sense.
As a young child, Jennifer Sullivan is the last human being to step off the planet Earth during the Mass Exodus. It’s unfortunate, then, that her legacy is marred by the fact that she has been intentionally infected by those left behind with an undetectable man-made virus, killing all on board before they can even make the jump into space and toward their new home planet.
Now hopelessly adrift the host remains alive on aboard, never able to die, never able to age and left alone to the constant darkness of deep space. But she’s not alone.
A dog mysteriously looks on as she tries to cope with her unending isolation and guilt. As the ship’s journey comes to an end over 100,000 years later she finally realizes her purpose and the unexpected miracle of her own existence.
